This pilot project will design and develop the rules to govern the blockchain spine. This will ensure that fair, transparent, and principled governance is in place for all users. This project will develop the requirements for a viable system and identify the non-negotiable principles to underpin it. From there, we aim to develop a versatile system to support different solutions or applications for users with different needs, if they adhere to the principles.
